The data suggest that the measures implemented at the Portuguese Military Academy can be considered successful due to the student’s perception and comparison with other realities. The absence of positive cases of COVID-19 (from March to July 2020), the promotion of some factors inherent to healthy lifestyles, and the maintenance of workload and stress levels are evidence of this.
